8/10/07 - The Phase III roads have been paved.

7/25/07 - The Phase III roadway grading is complete, and asphalt paving is to follow.

7/12/07 - The Lot 12 house will be featured in the 2007 Wake County HBA Parade of Homes Sept. 29-30, Oct. 5-7 and 12-14.

7/01/07 - The Phase III grading is nearly complete. The new roads in the subdivision are being built, opening up new lots for sale.
