Mullen Construction

Mullen Construction Company, Inc. is a design-build oriented general contractor, located in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Projects are primarily commercial and light industrial. Metal building systems and commercial interior upfit are two of the types of projects that are a specialty. Construction is handled primarily by subcontractors, most of whom have long-standing relationships with Mullen and are accustomed to its manner of doing business, and its expectations.

Metal Building Systems

Past projects vary from agricultural use to the demanding specifications of municipalities, including the town of Fuquay-Varina and industries including Guilford Mills and Glaxo-Wellcome.

Interior Upfit

Past projects include retail, such as Monograms Plus in Cary Town Center and community buildings such as the laboratories and catering kitchen in the NC Museum of History.

Renovation

Major changes made to revitalize an older building or tenant space is renovation. Past projects include Jersey Mikes and Ashley's Art on N. Main Street in Fuquay-Varina, the Merle Norman Shop on S. Main Street, Fuquay-Varina, and 507 Broad Street Fuquay-Varina.

Build / Lease

Mullen Construction has the ability to provide a customer a building to lease. Compared to the customer's option of owning its own building, leasing would save time, save cash investment, and have flexible terms.
